We will taste some of the famous Crostini Toscano as we learn why extra virgin olive oil plays such an important role in Italian Cuisine.

Created sometime in the 30's by Giuseppe Cipriani, he christened his white peach cocktail "the belini" (after Giovanni Belini, the 15th century Venetian painter) in 1948. Made with Prosecco instead of Champagne, it is nevertheless widely regarded as the best Champagne cocktail in the world. Harry's bar is famous for these, so we have to try them!
