Amanda Spoor was born at Pomona Valley Community Hospital on 7/15/77 and lived in Alta Loma, California until the age of 12. Her family moved to the tiny town of Los Alamos, California which had 1000 people living there.  This move developed her love of antiques and things from the early 1900's.  They had a small amount of land with horses, chickens, a Great Dane named Samantha, and the best swimming pool ever.  Amanda's Granny lived with them there and they were very close. Amanda moved to Santa Barbara just before her junior year in high school where she attended San Marcos High School and graduated in 1995. Amanda received a full ride scholarship to play volleyball at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis on Education in 1999. That year would also be the year she met the most handsome man she had ever seen which lead to this wonderful celebration.  Amanda is currently working at Mercer Advisors, a Financial Planning & Investment Firm in Santa Barbara, California.  She is three classes away from finishing her course work at UCSB which will allow her to sit for the CFP (Certified Financial Planner) exam in 2012. Amanda has been in the industry for just shy of 8 years and is a Financial Planner who is loving her job more and more everyday! 

Peter Lowell Collins was born in Redwood City, California on 10/26/75. At the age of 9 months his family moved to Kirkland, Washington.  At age 3 they made the wonderful decision to move to Santa Barbara, California.  Peter graduated from Dos Pueblos High School in 1993.  After attending Santa Barbara City College and playing baseball for SBCC, he entered the auto sales business. For the last four years he has been working for Santa Barbara Motor Sports located in Goleta, California. For the last three years has been the Finance and Sales Manager there. Peter raced motorcycles in his early 20's and still enjoys riding his beautiful yellow ZX10 Kawasaki motorcycle. Peter loves to travel and has been to the Cayman Islands, St. Lucia, and Scotland. His current job sends him on great trips to locations like Las Vegas for motorcycle shows where they reveal the upcoming motorcycle models. Peter has lived in Santa Barbara most of his life near his Dad, Mom, and brother.
